Phillips-Amick Foundation for Cancer Research is a 501(c)(3) not for profit, tax exempt , public charity. Our current major funding project is a Phase IIa FDA sanctioned clinical trial for the treatment of any solid tumor cancer. The trial is actively enrolling patients. The cost to treat one patient is $15,000.
Contributing to the Phillips-Amick Foundation helps another cancer patient receive treatment.
The Phase IIa clinical trial uses cutting edge technology to treat cancer. The technology uses the cancer patient's unique tumor tissue to create a personalized vaccine. The vaccine is administered through a series of six intradermal injections to educate and stimulate the patient's immune system. In start contrast to chemotherapy, the vaccine allows the patient to live a normal life, free of debilitating side effects.
